1. Introduction
Mello respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Mello Assistant (the "Service") to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes how we respond to allegations of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, reproduced, or made available on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notice that includes the following information:
2.1 Required Elements
A valid DMCA notice must include:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work.

- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2.2 Submitting a DMCA Notice

3. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Take steps to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material that was removed or disabled was done so in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.
4.1 Counter-Notification Requirements
A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location
4.2 Submission
Submit counter-notifications to our Copyright Agent using the contact information provided above.
5. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

7. Modifications
We may modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.
